How it works

Send an invite
Go to workspace settings, click "Invite member", enter the email and pick a role. The invite link is sent by email.

Assign the role
The invited person starts with the assigned role. You can change their role within the workspace later.

Manage access
Update roles or remove members from the member list. Changes take effect immediately.
Frequently asked questions
How many workspaces can one person join?
Depending on the plan, either unlimited or a set number. They can hold a separate role in each workspace.
How long is the invite link valid?
Invite links are valid for 7 days. Expired links need to be resent.
What happens to data when I remove a member?
Content created by the member stays in the workspace. Access ends immediately when membership is removed.
