Postid Blog

Practical notes on managing, scheduling and measuring social media.

What this blog covers

Four areas, all of them things we run into while building and operating Postid: planning and scheduling a calendar that several people share; getting content reviewed before it goes out; reading analytics without drawing conclusions the data does not support; and the platform rules — formats, limits and access conditions — that decide whether a post can be published at all.

Each area has a product page that states the current boundary: scheduling, approvals, analytics and platform coverage.

How we write here

  • A claim about what Postid does is checked against the product before it is published. If the product does not do it yet, the post says so instead of implying it.
  • Numbers that come from another company — a price, a plan limit — are linked to that company’s own page and carry the date they were checked, because they go stale.
  • Turkish and English posts are written separately rather than machine-translated, and a language that has no post simply does not appear in that language.
