Use the form on this page for questions about publishing, connected accounts, plans or a post that did not go out. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Personal-data requests
Access, correction, deletion and other data-protection requests go to the address below and are concluded within 30 days, as stated in our KVKK notice.

Team rollouts, invoicing questions and partnership proposals also come through the form — write “Enterprise” in the subject line so it reaches the right person first.
What happens to your message
- The form sends your message straight to the Postid team inbox as an email. The reply goes to the address you enter — nothing else is created behind the scenes.
- Your address is not added to any mailing list and is used only to answer this message.
- The endpoint is rate limited per IP address to keep it usable; sending many messages in a row is temporarily refused.
For a faster answer
If something did not work, tell us the workspace name, the platform, roughly when it happened with your time zone, and the exact error text you saw. The message field takes up to 4,000 characters, so there is room for the detail — a description we can reproduce saves a round trip.
